1. Service Description

Rowcorder is a web-based service that analyzes uploaded videos and photos using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and returns structured data as downloadable spreadsheets. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Rowcorder. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive 2 free analyses (videos up to 60 seconds).
  • Additional analyses require credits purchased via Stripe.
  • Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once used for an analysis.
  • Analysis costs are calculated based on actual AI processing costs with a markup.
  • Credit packs: $10, $20, $50 — credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal data of others without their consent

5. Media Processing

Uploaded media files are sent to Google Gemini API for AI processing. Files are deleted from Gemini servers after processing (within 48 hours maximum). We do not store your original media files. Analysis results are stored in your account until you delete them.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated analysis results may contain errors or inaccuracies. Rowcorder does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any analysis. Results should be reviewed and verified before being used for any critical purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowcorder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of the operator's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
